Under Mark Churchill's supervision NEC's Preparatory and Continuing Education division has thrived, with its seven-tier orchestra program and community collaborations. As a founder of the Youth Orchestra of the Americas, Churchill has helped bring young people from the entire western hemisphere together as orchestra musicians.
