Playing the Harpsichord by Howard Schott

Howard Schott taught at NEC from 1989 through the mid-1990s. Schott was the author of Playing the Harpsichord, the first work in English on the subject in 200 years, which went through multiple editions following its publication in 1971, and has now been paid the ultimate accolade: an inexpensive Dover reprint edition. Schott also authored dozens of articles in the New Grove Dictionary of Music & Musicians.
