Why I Give

In 2003, New England Conservatory went public with its “Gift of Music” capital campaign, whose goal is to raise $100 million by June 30, 2008. Campaign priorities are to strengthen faculty, increase scholarships, fund community activities, build Annual Fund support, and plan campus renewal. With six months to go before close of campaign, we are on target with $93 million raised to date, from thousands of donors who give in many ways.

Here are some of the voices of the campaign’s success. The reasons why they give are as varied as their interests and financial circumstances. What they all share is a desire to make a great institution greater. We hope you will join your voice with theirs and make a gift today.
