Welcome to NAAC, a network for alumni in alternative careers. Initiated in 2006, NAAC was established to reach out to those alumni who, for various reasons, have chosen careers in professions outside of music.  NAAC professionals value their NEC education and share a common bond of deep passion for music.  The Alumni Association welcomes the establishment of this affinity group and encourages the sharing of NAAC resources and networks with the larger NEC community.

NAAC activities include:

  • Providing support to alumni in transition from music careers to other professions through the sharing of personal stories and other professional resources.
  • Offering social and business networking opportunities.
  • Acting as a career resource for students who are considering and/or interested in learning about alternative careers.
