There is a rich community of alumni in the Boston area. Over 1,400 NEC alumni call the Boston metropolitan area their home! What would the musical culture of Boston be without NEC alumni? Subtract the myriad musical institutions founded by alumni and the legions of performers, teachers, composers and supporters of music that NEC has brought to Boston, and the vibrant musical landscape would greatly diminish.
