You Can Enroll in Spring Courses Now!
Spring Semester School of Continuing Education Classes start Saturday, January 26 or the week of Monday, January 28, unless otherwise stated in the course description. You can download course catalog and registration form as PDF pages (to right of this text), with Classical listings beginning page 19, World Music beginning page 35, Jazz beginning page 45.
- Most SCE classes are stand-alone topics that are one semester long, with offerings both spring and fall. Yes, you can enroll for the first time in Spring 2008, no need to wait until Fall.
- Students with strong backgrounds may also enter year-long classes in the spring. Call Sam Adams at 617-585-1125 for information.
- Classes meet at times that are convenient for working people.
- New for 2007/2008: Kodaly Level II Certification Coursework, described on pages 16 and 36-39 of the catalog. Find downloadable Level II application form and registration procedures, plus complete information on NEC's program of Kodaly certificate studies.

- Beginning January 8, register in-person [Tuesday-Saturday 241 St. Botolph Street, Room 120].
- All registration is by the semester and requires $30 registration fee.
- Call 617-585-1130 to sign up for placement interviews for private lessons, large and small ensembles, and performance classes.
