File the W-4 Income Tax Form and the I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Form with the NEC Financial Aid Office. I-9 forms need only be filed once. The W-4 needs to filed each year. The following documentation will also be required:

A Work Authorization Form, or WAF, must be filled out by both the student and the employer and returned to the Financial Aid Office.
If you have more than one job, you must file a separate Work Authorization Form for each.
Students who fail to return completed Work Authorization Forms to the Financial Aid Office will not get paid.
