Off Campus Housing
The Office of Student Life can help you in your search for off-campus housing. We offer resources that can assist you through the entire process – from finding roommates or apartments to signing the lease, and everything in between.
These services are provided for our students free of charge. We maintain updated listings of available apartments and roommates. Students can post their needs for roommates on our listings at any time.

The OSL has compiled a listing of apartments that are for rent, and people that are looking for roommates. We update this listing periodically.
PLEASE NOTE:
The Office of Student Life provides and periodically updates off-campus housing information to New England Conservatory students as a courtesy.
The housing information is for the use of New England Conservatory students only.
New England Conservatory neither accepts nor creates any responsibility for the reliability of the information that is provided, nor the individuals providing the information.
Students must accept responsibility for contacting, negotiating, or communicating with rental agents, property owners, potential roommates, or others listed in the off-campus housing information at any time before, during, or after any off-campus housing agreement.

To submit an apartment listing, please email the information you would like to have listed.
Listings must include; Contact Information, Apartment Address, Asking price, Availability, Description, as well as any other important information regarding the space.
Apartments/Spaces will remain on the list for three [3] months, and then they will be removed from the list. After three [3] months, apartments still available must be re-submitted.

By submitting your listing to the New England Conservatory of Music's Office of Student Life, you are indicating your consent for this information to be included in our listings of off-campus student housing
The Office of Student Life will make submitted off-campus housing listings available to prospective and enrolled students, through listing on the Conservatory's electronic website.
New England Conservatory (NEC) will not accept responsibility for the reliability of the information, nor the suitability of the units offered by off-campus housing agents, brokers, and others.
Likewise, NEC will not be responsible for the integrity or reliability of any prospective tenant, landlord or Realtor.
