NEC Board launches presidential search |
|
Following Daniel Steiner's announcement at the end of the summer that he will be stepping down as President of New England Conservatory, the NEC Board of Trustees has been taking steps towards finding President Steiner's successor. At its September 29 meeting, the Board approved a presidential search process that is based on a comprehensive position specification and that will be conducted by a search committee representing the broad NEC community. A Web page dedicated to the presidential search offers details as well as an e-mail window through which members of the NEC community are invited to share their ideas with the search committee. |
