Joel Yennior Trombonist Joel Yennior has performed and/or recorded with Ran Blake, John McNeil, John Tchicai, the Spinners, Robert Goulet, and the Miami Symphony Orchestra. As a member of the Grammy-nominated Either/Orchestra since 1998, Joel has recorded four albums and has toured the United States, Europe, Russia and Africa. His playing is also featured on recent releases by the Boston-based Gypsy Schaeffer, The Felipe Salles Group, and the Alejandro Cimadoro Quintet (featuring saxophonist George Garzone and drummer Antonio Sanchez). Joel grew up in South Orange, NJ, and studied at the University of Miami, later earning his Masters Degree at the New England Conservatory. Joel is on faculty at Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, MA and teaches Instrumental Music in the Pentucket Regional School District.
